Frequently Asked Questions
A. All dogs and cats boarding or dogs getting groomed, must be current on the following vaccinations:
DOGS:
- DHPP (Distemper/Parvo combination) – YEARLY or 3 year with written proof by a veterinarian.
- RABIES– 1 year or 3 year
- BORDETELLA– (kennel cough) – 6 months (for boarding dogs only and must be given 5-7 days before boarding)
CATS:
- FVRCP (Distemper/Upper respiratory combination)- YEARLY or 3 year with written proof by a veterinarian
- FELV (Feline Leukemia – Required for all Indoor/Outdoor cats) YEARLY
- RABIES- 1 year (Indoor/outdoor cats must have all vaccinations. Indoor only cats must have FVRCP and RABIES)
- Most do not but we do require that Ferrets will need updated Rabies vaccine in order to board.
- Yes we do provide all of the above. For dogs and cats we provide Science Diet for food, blankets, and toys.
- All pocket pets will need to bring n their own food and cages.
- For birds we provide seed but you will need to bring in your own fruits and veggies.
- For the dogs we take them outside 4 times daily; 7am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm is the last take out for the night.
- Cats are let out individually in the mornings to play in our Kitty Ward, which provides cat toys and scratch posts.
- Yes, as well as giving subcutaneous fluids.
- Yes, we have our special TLC package that includes:
- Playtime for 30 minutes
- Peanut Butter Kong or Kong with a treat inside
- Bedtime treat
- You can also purchase the playtime seperately
